Kallis Technical Services offers reliability/durability engineering services to government contractors, government agencies, and commercial companies.

Dr. James Kallis, the sole proprietor, is an internationally known expert in reliability and durability. He is an Editorial Adviser (reviewer) for the Journal of the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST), and is the recipient of the 2001 IEST Reliability Test and Evaluation Award "for significant contributions to the integration of physics of failure and analytical methods into reliability test programs, the development of accelerated test strategies, and environmental stress screening optimization."

Dr. Kallis founded the company in 2003 after accumulating nearly 40 years of industrial experience performing technical work and leading teams. He has experience with electronic and electro-optical systems used on spacecraft, aircraft, and ground vehicles (including automobiles), and with terrestrial solar/wind alternative energy systems.
